All payments are due at the time of placing an order and payment is to be made via credit cards, debit cards or PayPal. No surcharge for purchases with credit cards. Name, address and phone numbers to match as per your bank files when credit card is used.

Order Acceptance Policy
When placing orders on site, confirmation sent out electronically or in any other form acknowledges placing an order and not an acceptance of order or an offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline order placed on site and based on our stock status, we may back order items as we send confirmation to advice after order is accepted. Customer can choose to keep back orders or cancel them to place next time.

Shipping policy
After payment clearance, every effort will be made to ship products on time as customer requires. Please allow 4-6 hours to ship same day when order is placed in due time. Delay of shipment governs by the shipment location, time of the day when order placed or other factors. Once shipment leaves, we cannot guarantee of arrival. Our recommendation is to place your orders in time to allow for a timely arrival. Any rush orders to be advised to make special arrangements.
Please note that we do not break box quantity. Customer MUST buy in multiple of full box quantity.
Return Policy
All sales are final unless found defective. Any return is subject to approval by us. We will not accept returns without accompanied return authorization number assigned by us. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of an order and are limited to the invoice amount. Please contact us for any clarification. Return freight will be at purchaser’s expense and credit will be issued after the product is received. Any credit card paid purchase need to be cancelled; a credit will be issued if the order is not shipped. Any already shipped order need to be cancelled, refund to be issued subtracting a restocking charge and shipping charges.

Any typographical error, omission or inaccurate information related to product description, image, pricing, promotion, offers, shipping charges, and stock status, than we reserve the right to correct any discrepancy and to change or update information or cancel orders without prior notice. Any discrepancy on customer order will be advised to customer via electronic confirmation or a phone call.

- To spam or advertise in any format.
- To upload or transmit any other type of malicious code that will or be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the service or any related website, other websites, or the internet.
